Dragon Well is of China's most famous green teas. It is also known as Lung Ching and is from from Hangzhou in Zhejiang province. It has a distinctive jade-like color and long, flat leaves that are achieved by shaping in a hot wok. This results in a toasty aroma. The flavor is full, nutty with notes of butter & roasted corn.
